Amplified telephones give a boost in decibel level for those hearing impaired folks who need added volume in order to hear on the phone. Some phones also process the sound to make things clearer, which is important.
For folks with poor speech discrimination, hearing louder doesn't mean they're hearing better.They need to hear loud and clear. Clarity is the first company in the world to use technology that significantly improves the clarity of the amplified phone's speech signal. The Digital Clarity Power technology suppresses
squealing, reduces incoming line and background noises, and amplifies only the human voice while suppressing other sounds.
There are 3 Clarity Professional phones with this DCP technology that amplify up to 50 dB. For those who just need to adjust the tone, but don't need the additional DCP technology, we have several Clarity Power phones.

- Reizen portable phone amplifier, a portable strap-on phone amplifier which increases the volume on most standard phones. It straps onto the handset using a secure rubber belt.
- Ameriphone HA40 Amplifier, a portable inline amplifier perfect for work or home. This amplifier fits in between the handset and base of an existing work telephone. It allows you to use all the features of your phone system, including call transfer and voice mail and increases sound 18-20dB. No battery maintenance necessary.
- Telelink telephone interface, a link between your phone and FM system/Pocketalker. The Telelink fits in between the handset and base of your phone and plugs into a PockeTalker or Hearing Helper FM system. It diverts the sound going to the handset into the assistive device for amplification and your own listening option.
- Speech Adjust-a-Tone amplifier allows you to adjust the frequency boost in the bass, treble and highs. It works like a stereo equalizer or conventional in-line amplifier on home and office phones and allows you to use a neckloop for binaural listening. A neckloop can only be used with a hearing aid that has a telecoil (or telephone) switch.
- Adapter for HATIS and M12 amplifier. This adapter cord connects the HATIS 2.5mm plug into a standard quick disconnect headset jack of the M12 amplifier.
